About My Practice

How I Can Support You…

Individual Counselling

(In-Person & Virtual) $185/hr

Covered by most insurance plans

In individual counselling, we meet one-on-one for about an hour in a calm, supportive space where you can talk openly about what’s happening in your life. Whether you’re coping with stress, anxiety, sadness, or recovering from painful experiences, sessions are tailored to what you need most. Some people come to counselling to explore patterns that keep repeating or to understand themselves more deeply. Others come for support as they navigate change or loss.

During our sessions, I listen with care and curiosity, helping you notice the connections between your thoughts, feelings, and experiences. We’ll explore what’s been hard and work toward practical ways to feel more grounded and confident. Together, we build coping tools, strengthen self-awareness, and find new ways of relating to yourself and others.

My goal is for you to leave each session feeling understood, supported, and equipped with small but meaningful steps toward feeling more at ease in your life. I also reserve a limited number of sliding scale sessions, as I believe counselling should be as accessible as possible. This allows me to support individuals who may otherwise face financial barriers to care and reflects my commitment to making therapy a more inclusive and compassionate space.

Land Acknowledgment

I respectfully acknowledge that I live and work on the traditional, ancestral, and unceded territories of the Ligʷiłdaxʷ people, including the Wei Wai Kum, We Wai Kai, and K’ómoks First Nations. These lands have been home to these Nations since time immemorial, and their deep relationship with this land, water, and community continues to this day.

I honour the resilience, knowledge, and stewardship of the Indigenous peoples of this land and recognize the ongoing impacts of colonialism. I am committed to learning, listening, and engaging in meaningful reconciliation that upholds Indigenous sovereignty and self-determination. This acknowledgment is one small step in a much broader commitment to justice, relationship-building, and truth-telling.

I express my gratitude to the Ligʷiłdaxʷ Nations for their ongoing care of this land and waters and commit to continuing my work in a way that respects and uplifts Indigenous voices and knowledge.
